Recruiting Policy - Applicants Must Read!

Heya! Thanks for your interest in No Options, first of all. We're a progression-oriented guild, and our focus is on building a solid team to take on end game content. We raid Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday/ from 8:00PM to 11:00PM server time. If you cannot make these raids on a regular basis, you should probably look for another guild. That having been said, we understand that real life takes precedence and we have no mandatory attendance policy. Players who fail to attend a significant number of raids without posting on the forums or talking to an officer will likely not be chosen for future raids on a regular basis.

Players who apply to the guild must not be guilded at the time of their application. We believe that we cannot accurately consider players for membership without interacting with them as we would if they were full members of the guild. Applicants will be immediately invited for a 3-week trial, at the end of which full members will be given the opportunity to vote on the applicant. If members believe the applicant would be a good permanent member, the applicant will be given full member status. All applicants will be given the same consideration for raid loot as full members.

Currently, loot in the guild is handled by officer vote. Officers will do their best to ensure loot is distributed fairly. No officer may take part in votes for loot which they wish to obtain. Loot may be given to specific players without considering tells from time to time for the purpose of enhancing the viability of the raid (this is most especially likely in the case of tanks and healers). We hope that both guild members and potential guild members will be gracious about this, as when it is done, it will be done to further our ability to get more loot in the future.

At this time, (August 2011) we are recruiting the classes listed below. We will consider all applications for outstanding candidates. Catia is the main recruiting officer, and will have the most up-to-date information at any given time.
